Pro: I liked the dark aspect of the tower with only the red detail of the roof. The stone built drawbridge is also nice.
Cons: only three minifigs and basically it is a poorly built set. Anyway the wolfpack were only a minor subtheme. |
6075 Wolfpack Tower (1992)The territory of the WolfPack is quite vast but their fortress is located in the southern part just near the Serpent River. It is a tower separated from the river by a drawbridge and is made by painted black wood. It is guarded by the lord and two soldiers. In the interior of the tower, just after the guarded entrance with the vessels of the movement, you can find a place hidden in the rocks (the tower is built on a rock near the river) with treasure storage; the tower itself is divided in two parts: the front one contains the apartment of the lord, the back part has an hidden cove for the ghost of the tower (the spirit of the river as legends tell). There are lamps to light the tower and the flag of the movement on top.
Knights WolfLord: he is basically an outlay. He made his fortune going everywhere in the plains in the south, attacking villages and getting treasures. He was therefore hunted by the knights but he was able to find many followers and create a movement and he was clever enough to understand that this movement could have also a political power in the war between the Black Knights and the Crusaders. He was therefore paid by the Crusaders to fight the Black Dragon king and even after he was involved into the Confederation matters but never renounced to his outlaw life. His motto is that the only thing that matters in life is gold. |

Pro: nice set with interesting features like the hidden place for treasures. It is equipped with many weapons and has even a flag and a falcon.
Cons: it could have been added another horse instead of putting only the saddle. |
6038 Wolfpack Renegades (1992)It is a chariot used by the Wolfmen to go into the southern territory and transport their conquered treasures to their tower. Of course it is equipped with any type of weapon from swords to crossbow. It has also a saddle which can be used to ride the horse separately from the chariot. The treasures are hidden in a separate cage in the chariot itself. Usually there are two men: one in charge of riding the chariot and the other to use the weapons. In the back there is also place for a falcon which is a typical animal trained by the Wolfmen
